Learn to Read Hebrew in Just Five Weeks! 

Do you sometimes feel lost at religious services? Would you like to learn to pray in the language of Abraham, Moses and King David? Looking to brush up on your skills? You can! All are welcome to attend Chabad of Summerlin/Desert Shores’ new five week course in Hebrew reading. Reading the Hebrew language is one the most important elements of advancing one’s Jewish involvement. Whether it’s the desire to pray in the original, read the Torah as it was dictated by G-d, or to read the many Jewish works that have not been translated, many people are looking to expand their horizons with the ability to read the holy tongue. Designed for the adult beginner, this class will teach the basics of Hebrew reading in a constructive, encouraging atmosphere and give you the reading skills you have always wanted. The course runs on Monday nights at 8:30 pm, August 2,9,16,23 and 30. All classes will be held at the Chabad of Summerlin shul building, 2640 Regatta Drive. The cost is only $25 for the entire series.
